                                             An old healing art.

Massage is one of the oldest healing arts: Chinese records dating back 3,000 years document its use; the ancient Hindus, Persians and Egyptians applied forms of massage for many ailments; and Hippocrates wrote papers recommending the use of rubbing and friction for joint and circulatory problems. Today, the benefits of massage are varied and far-reaching. As an accepted part of many physical rehabilitation programs, massage therapy has also proven beneficial for many chronic conditions, including low back pain, arthritis, bursitis, fatigue, high blood pressure, diabetes, immunity suppression, infertility, smoking cessation, depression, and more. And, as many millions will attest, massage also helps relieve the stress and tension of everyday living that can lead to disease and illness.

What is a Massage: The application of soft-tissue manipulation techniques to the body, generally intended to reduce stress and fatigue while improving circulation. The many variations of massage account for several different techniques.

Bodywork: Various forms of touch therapies that may use manipulation, movement, and/or re patterning to affect structural changes to the body.

Somatic: Meaning “of the body.” Many times this term is used to denote a body/mind or whole-body approach as distinguished from a physiology-only or environmental perspective.

There are several massage therapies, bodywork, and somatic therapies and many practitioners utilize multiple techniques. The application of these techniques may include, but is not limited to, stroking, kneading, tapping, compression, vibration, rocking, friction, and pressure to the muscular structure or soft tissues of the human body. This may also include non-forceful passive or active movement and/or application of techniques intended to affect the energetic systems of the body. The use of oils, lotions, stones, and powders may also be included to reduce friction on the skin

I started to pay attention in massage after becoming CST therapist a technique no intrusive, gentle very efficient. With CST tool I start to monitor the flow of the vital life energy (known as chi, ki, prana, or qi) applying then the use of physical pressure and manipulation, and evaluating and modulating as a healer this energy flow to attain a state of balance. Experiencing this passage from listening the body, I start to apply observation as a tool with guided imaginary and movements through hands.

The essence power of an alive second chakra is expansion and freedom.

                                                                ALAMI MASSAGE

Positioned beside the client, the Alami massage is a combination of kneading strokes, skin rolling, and energy work. Treatment is followed by an application of warm oil infused with spices to lift up sensations and bringing wellbeing memory into the client system.

We focus on the hara that is the center
and source of the entire human energy system. It
is energetically connected with the main
organs, the extraordinary vessels and the meridian of the body. It is soft massage but works deeply & effectively on hara and major organs of the body for detoxification, tonification and natural pulsation for whole health. Hara massage is also effective for releasing and balancing the basic emotions. It also helps to relax the diaphragm for deep breathing. It brings deep relaxation and silent space to person by balancing three human basic centres, mind, heart and Hara.

The treatment focuses on clearing blocked energy and balancing the body’s energy field through hands-on work and deep healing techniques. Channeling, the use of spiritual guidance, healing with color and sound, and work with auras are among the techniques used. Through the unblocking and balancing of energy fields, the client has access to healing on all levels of functioning—emotional, physical, spiritual, and mental. This can ease anxieties and reduce stress, is the use of respiratory exercises to open lung passages, oxygenate the blood, and cleanse the body by eliminating gaseous toxins. The client is encouraged to breathe deeply following by the experience of energy release and perceptible changes in body shape, flexibility, and movement.
